Terms of Trade

Fluid Connectors (WA) Pty Ltd

This list of terms and conditions of trade applies to all account customers unless varied by written agreement.

 Use of a Fluid Connectors trading account assumes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

1. Trading terms:
   Invoices are to be paid 30 days from end of month.

2. Pricing:
   Any discount given may be changed or denied at the sole discretion of Fluid Connectors (WA) Pty Ltd.

3. Minimum Order Value:
   A $20 minimum charge applies to all phone, fax and email orders and add-ons.
   $20 = value of parts after discount and before GST and freight.

4. Goods return:
   Goods may be returned up to 30 days from receipt providing the goods are in the same condition as when supplied.
   A restocking fee of 20% will apply to all returned goods unless incorrectly supplied by Fluid Connectors.
   No return or refund on custom made parts.

5. Quality of goods:
   Goods are guaranteed to meet the relevant international standard for each part.

6. Supply:
   Goods ordered ex stock will be prepared same day for delivery next day.
   Goods are deemed delivered once picked up by courier or freight handler.
   Unless ordered in writing (fax or email) using Fluid Connectors part numbers no responsibility or liability will be accepted for incorrect supply.

7. Freight:
   Freight is at client’s expense unless otherwise agreed in writing.
   No responsibility taken for non delivery or damage of goods in transit.

8. Insurance:
   Insurance of goods is the responsibility of the purchaser at all times.

9. Debt Collection:
   Any and all expenses and costs incurred by Fluidconnectors (WA) Pty Ltd
   or its agents in recovering outstanding monies will be the responsibility of the client.
